On Wednesday, 25th August, our school will be holding a celebration to thank Amanda and her Story Dog 'Scooter' for volunteering their time each week to visit and read with our Prep - Year 2 class students. We are inviting students to wear their brightest orange clothes on the day, and there will treats to eat and drink available to purchase at morning tea time. We will have hot dogs on offer, as well as special cupcakes decorated by our Prep - Year 2 class...and Scooter will be treated to his very own 'Pup-Cake'. All funds raised will go to the Story Dogs program, which is run entirely by volunteers.
We can't wait to show our appreciation, and also our wild orange attire!
